The offices of the NSCF are presently located at the entrance to the Bridgeton City Park, in the historic David Sheppard House, home of Rutgers University’s satellite Institute of Marine & Coastal Sciences: the Jacques Cousteau National Estuarine Research Reserve (NERR) at Bridgeton.
